Breakfast Spaghetti

Who says you can’t have spaghetti and meatballs for breakfast.
I have taken the classic
Sunday dinner and transformed it to brunch.
This meal is so fun and simple
you don’t even need a recipe, just tips.

Why is it so easy because all you need is to build on your sauce
just like traditional spaghetti and be sure not to burn things.





What you need
1 lb of dry spaghetti
One pack of ground sausage
One pack of bacon
One large egg
Sriracha
Honey
Cream
Cheddar cheese
Tsp cream cheese
Tsp butter

Season your water when using dry spaghetti
Tip #2
Wait until water boils before seasoning
Tip # 3
Add oil to water to prevent noodles from sticking together
Tip # 4
When scrambling eggs be sure to cut off heat right before egg is done
Tip #5
When cooking with a non- stick surface be sure to use a plastic/rubber utensil
to keep your surface non-stick
Tip #6
When making meatballs be sure to make them palm size so they
don’t cook down to nothing
Tip #7
If you have a muffin/cupcake pan place your meatballs inside and place strips
of bacon above meatballs
This will cook up your meat evenly and give great
smoky flavor
